These terms apply to this website and to the games published by AEVORYN Games. By using the website or playing one of our games you agree to them.

Our games

When you buy one of our games on the Apple App Store or Google Play, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and play it on the devices the store allows, for your own non-commercial use.

• App Store: the game is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Where they differ, Apple's agreement applies.
• Google Play: the purchase is governed by the Google Play terms, together with these terms.

You may not copy, resell, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the games or their content, except where the law expressly allows it.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are set in each store and paid to Apple or Google. Our games have no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own rules; nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Content and fiction

Our games are works of fiction. Real places, buildings, transport lines and organisations appear only as settings; their owners have not endorsed or sponsored the games, and any resemblance of the characters to real people is coincidental. Some games contain cartoon violence and horror themes; check each store's age rating.

Ownership

The games, their characters, story, art, music and code, and the content of this website, belong to AEVORYN Games or to their licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party assets are used under their own licences, credited in each game.

This website

You may browse this website and share links to it. Screenshots and media on it may be used to write about our games, with credit to AEVORYN Games. Do not use them to suggest that we endorse you or your product.

Warranty and liability

We work to make our games and this website reliable, but they are provided as they are, without guarantees that they will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
